Shipping

Orders ship within 48 hours from our Porto atelier, tracked and carbon-neutral. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150; a $12 flat rate applies below that. Delivery: EU 2–4 days, rest of world 4–9 days.

Returns

30 days, no questions — even if you have worn it once. Start a return from your account page or by emailing us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within the EU. Outside the EU, we ask you to cover return postage; the replacement ships free.
